Format

Games played on weeknights between 7pm – 10pm (one game per week – nights of the week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
6-on-6 (co-ed with no more than 4 men on the court at one time)
6 regular season games – 3 sets/game
Rally Scoring to 25
At least 50% of teams qualify for playoffs

As an individual player or free agent, you can sign up solo and join the league. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people and make friends! When you register, we will match you with other individual players/free agents with similar demographics to form a team. Join us and become part of an exciting new squad!

You can sign up with a friend or group of friends and be put on the same team. After registration ends, we’ll place you and your friend(s) on the same team, adding other individuals who compliment your demographics. It’s a fantastic way to have fun and meet new people who share your interests!

The team captain signs up and pays for the entire team. Captains can add players until the roster deadline—just gather their names, phone numbers, and emails. It’s simple, fun, and the perfect way to build your dream team!

Ideal for newcomers and those looking to enjoy a night of football. This level is perfect for individuals and teams to learn the rules, experiment with new plays, and develop chemistry with one another. Players will focus on building rapport with the quarterback, discovering personal strengths and weaknesses, and finding their best fit on the team. It’s all about teamwork, learning the game, and most importantly, having fun on the field. Whether you’re new to flag football or just want to play without the pressure of high level competition, this level offers a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Designed for players who have some experience and want a bit more competition. The games are still friendly, but with a more structured approach to strategy and teamwork. Players are comfortable with the rules and basic plays, and there’s a mix of competition and camaraderie. Expect a good balance of fun and skillful play, with teams working together to refine their tactics and improve.

Geared toward experienced players who are serious about the game and ready to bring their A-game every week. Skilled teams focus on advanced strategies and quick plays. Players are expected to have a strong understanding of the game and are committed to improving their performance. This level is all about skill, teamwork, and striving for victory.
